Furr Bowl 2018 Raises Nearly $8000

This year’s Furr Bowl Raises nearly $8,000!

The annual Furr Bowl fundraiser for Great River Rescue was held on Sunday, April 15 at Bemidji Bowl. Thanks to the amazing fundraising efforts of its participants, a total of $7,680 was raised from the annual event. Money was raised through sponsorships, registration fees, and individual fundraising efforts by participants. Money raised from fundraisers like the Furr Bowl go directly to providing quality care for shelter pets until a home can be found. Great River Rescue depends heavily on community support to fund its programs, so participation in fundraising events is crucial to the success of the shelter.
