Appointments are prioritized and preferred.

An appointment is needed to ensure the pet or pets you want to visit will be at the shelter at that time.
Dog meet and greets must have a scheduled appointment.
 
Due to the high volume of daily scheduled appointments and activities at the shelter, we are rarely able to accommodate unscheduled pet visits – we appreciate you understanding that we may not be able to let you visit pets without an appointment.
 
Appointments made the day of the appointment, and people who walk-in without an appointment, will not be able to adopt that same day.
