Great River Rescue Releases 2014 Annual Report and New Strategic Plan
Great River Rescue recently released it’s 2014 annual report. The report summarizes accomplishments from the previous year and outlines plans for the future. Great River Rescue also released its new Three-Year Strategic Plan. The plan was created collaboratively by volunteers and staff of the organization. The report outlines the organization’s goals for the next few years along with strategies for achieving those goals. Six primary goals were identified during the planning process:
- Help the Most Animals
- Highest Quality Care for the Animals
- Positive Financial Health
- Clarity of Purpose
- Positive Image in the Community
- Be a Community Resource
