We always have so many kittens and they nearly always have sensitive tummies at some point in their stay with us, so we need to feed them a special diet. We ALWAYS need GI Sensitive Kitten Food, both wet and dry, and there are some on our Chewy and Amazon Wish Lists, and this Royal Canin is available at Animal Care Clinic, either in person or through their online pharmacy.
We often have cats who are extremely scared and this can make providing treatment and giving vaccinations difficult, so having a way of holding them safely and securely without hurting them or us is crucial. This https://www.campbellpet.com/products/ez-nabber is a tool that we desperately need one or two of, with replacement nets. The larger one would be best as many of the cats who we need assistance to hold safely are larger.
Cans of puppy food, kitten food, dog food, and cat food – especially those of higher quality, and without chicken.
Forever Postage stamps – we particularly like to use the dog and cat or animal themed ones! 8.5 x 11 Copy Paper – we use sooooo much of this, especially for our Pet Fixers Clinics and for adoptions, and we go through it at an alarming rate.
T502 ink refill bottles for our printer.
Regular office mailing envelopes, security like these security-tinted, self-seal envelopes.
Liquid fragrance-free laundry detergent for high efficiency machines. We go through soooo much of this, and we can never have too many bottles of it – we even run out, so this is a high need item.
Aloe-free, unscented hand sanitizer.
2-ply toilet paper.
Rolls of kitchen paper towels – we use a lot of these for wiping up pee and picking up poop, so thicker paper towels are preferred!
We use thick, good quality slip leads like these. The thicker ones are best, nice and sturdy. We have thin flat ones, but dogs can chew through them in no time, so we no longer use those!
We also need harnesses that are comfortable for the dogs. We are starting to use the “Freedom No Pull Harness” which has been researched and recommended as extremely comfortable and safe for dogs. They are on our Amazon Wish List, and the different sizes are listed.
These safety leash clips are on our Wish List and we do need these as they work with the harnesses to keep the dogs secure.
We also are working with Pets Plus for people to purchase items who want to support our small local businesses.
Black Kong rubber toys and Kong fluffy or “soft” toys for dogs as Kong brand are so durable, or others that are indicated on our Wish Lists. Also hard herding balls or various sizes.
https://www.maxandneo.com/ is a very cool website that we utilize for our martingale collars, slip leads, and leash sleeves which we use for taking them out to events. We need leash sleeves “Friendly” “Adopt Me” “Needs space” and “Do Not Pet.”
We use these wood pellets for most of our cat litter for shelter pets. Other types of cat litter are used for particular situations, such as foster pets.
