City of Bemidji to Partner with Great River Rescue
Executive Director Brandon Mustful and Board Members of Great River Rescue met with the city of Bemidji’s Public Affairs Committee to discuss partnering opportunities. Great River Rescue is committed to smoothing out its relationship with city staff in order to move forward collaboratively. Although several possible partnership opportunities were discussed, a trap/neuter/release program was determined to be a good starting point. Great River Rescue, along with Pet Fixers, and the city of Bemidji will explore grant opportunities to spay/neuter free roaming cats in Bemidji.
